Here are the key dates as we move toward our Fall launch. We've got you covered every step of the way.
Group Info Due
Submit how your group will meet this fall. Let us know your day, time, location, and any changes so your group profile is ready when signups open.
Begin Building Your Roster
Start adding your confirmed members to Planning Center. If anyone from your current group is returning, get them locked in now. If you have an apprentice, make sure they're set up too.
Groups Open for Signups
Let the inviting begin. Public signups go live this Sunday. Share your group with anyone who's been on your radar.
Dinner Group Leadership Orientation
Onboarding for new leaders, and open to anyone who wants to learn more about leading a group. We cover what makes a great group, how a night is built, and the four pillars. 1 to 3pm in the conference room at 409 14th Street. No obligation to lead in order to come.
Dinner Group Sign Up Push
We will have sign up stations under the viaduct to help connect members into dinner groups. This is the big push weekend.
Dinner Group Leadership Orientation
Same session, second date. If Aug 23 does not work, take this one. Same time, same room, same open invitation to anyone still deciding whether to lead.
Labor Day Party
A great chance to invite someone who isn't in a dinner group yet. Low pressure, everyone's already hanging out.
Dinner Group Leader Kickoff Gathering
Our can't-miss leader event to start the new season together. 7:00 to 9:30pm. Location and invite coming soon.
Fall Launch Sunday
Our big fall event welcoming everyone back from summer. We will have a station under the viaduct. Big invite day for our community.
