Look back at what has been answered, then pray together for what is still open
Leader Context
Prayer requests pile up over a season together. Most of them never get looked at again.
This is a night to go back through them. Reflect on what has been answered, name what you are still praying for, and then actually pray. For each other, and for our city, our nation, and our world.
It works especially well after a hard stretch, or on a week with no guide.

I have been keeping the requests we have shared over the last few months. I want to read back through them, hear where God has moved, and then spend real time praying for what is still open.

Next Steps for Leaders
- Keep a running list of requests through the season. This night only works if somebody wrote things down.
- Pray out loud in short pieces. Long prayers make people who are new to praying out loud go quiet.
- Nobody has to pray out loud. Say so at the start.
- Go past the group. Pray for the city, for our church, for people who are not in the room.
- Write down what came up tonight. It is the start of next season’s list.
